Handling P & L
Ensuring Statutory compliance required for Hospital and Regular monitoring of updates
Spearhead expansion program, providing leadership across Project design & execution of the proposed new capacities.
Involved in development of MIS and annual budgeting systems for the group
Monitoring activities of all support service department viz. Front Desk, HK, Security, Engineering & Maintenance etc.
Reengineering work flow processes for optimal utilization of space and resources
Monitoring of performance on periodic basis for maximal operational and financial efficiency
Developed Customer care Department stands on Service Unit i.e. profit centers for maximizing operational competence
Overlooking all activities of the Cashless Hospitalization department for faster approval and recovery
Seeks and champions new ideas and initiatives that create operational/strategic advantage
Optimizes facility’s financials and human resources utilization by overseeing day-to-day operations in a high quality and cost conscious manner (e.g. maintains appropriate staffing ratios, oversees throughput in ER and other high volume departments, actively manages quality initiatives, leads successful supply cost initiatives).
MBA/Master Degree in Hospital & Healthcare Management
Candidates with MBBS will be a plus.
